Alpha Terms of Service

By accessing or using the WordCraftLive "Desktop Companion" and "Creator Dashboard" (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these experimental Terms of Service.

1. Alpha Nature of Service

WordCraftLive is currently in an Alpha testing phase. This means the platform is experimental, incomplete, and may contain significant bugs. WordCraftLive does not guarantee 100% uptime, and you acknowledge that session data, leaderboards, or account settings may be reset or lost during technical upgrades.

2. User Responsibilities (Hosts)

Security: Protect your EulerStream API keys and relay credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Platform Integrity: You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the relay architecture of the system.
Compliance: You must follow TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service while using WordCraftLive.

3. Account Safety & Liability

WordCraftLive uses a proprietary relay architecture designed to minimize the risk of platform detection. However, you use this platform on your TikTok Live feed at your own risk. WordCraftLive and its developers are not liable for any account suspensions, "shadowbans," or technical penalties imposed on your TikTok account by ByteDance/TikTok.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Alpha access at any time for any reason, including security maintenance or violation of these terms.
